Certainly a place I’d return to. We travelled from Hanoi to Saigon — the last half of the trip on a motor bike. What a country! After being brought up with a plethora of war movies, Vietnam has so much more to offer. And as usual, the people are the highlight. Smiling is something that seems to be inversely proportional to wealth. The poorer the people, the happier they often seem.
